As long as we try to suppress who we are and try to be what everyone tells us to be, we suffer depression, isolation, anger, medical problems, substance abuse, broken relationships, and more. When we live from a place of truth and integrity, much of that goes away. We experience peace, joy, compassion, wisdom, inner freedom, and an ability to receive and offer genuine love.
